Assist in the management of all phases of ground-up construction projects, including pre-construction, sitework, vertical build, and closeout. Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure milestones, budgets, and safety standards are met. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules. Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with a proactive mindset. Support contract administration and reporting while maintaining tight communication with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in on-site walks, inspections, and quality assurance checks regularly. You've had real, hands-on experience with full-cycle ground-up construction projects-preferably including sitework. You've worked on midrise multifamily or senior living developments and understand the specific challenges and details of these builds. You're not just chasing a bigger paycheck-you're seeking a home, a team, and an opportunity to build something long-term. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. 2-5 years of construction experience is ideal; a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
