Support the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion Manage subcontractor relationships, track progress, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols Assist in RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, and change order management Attend weekly meetings and contribute to internal reporting and client updates Monitor site activity and collaborate with the field team to proactively resolve issues Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 2-5 years of experience in a construction or real estate development setting, ideally with a GC or developer Familiarity with multifamily or large-scale commercial construction projects Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Tech-savvy - comfortable using construction management software and tools Collaborative mindset with a desire to grow into a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred What's on Offer
