at our Santa Ana office, allowing for real-time teamwork, immediate problem-solving, and a strong sense of community among our team members. Who You Are: A Manager for ITPG is an expert level resource in all PRP Information Technology disciplines, Project Management, and PRP process and policies. Responsible for all phases of saving projects associated with new client engagements including discovery, strategy, negotiations and implementation. In addition, full responsibility of the ongoing management of savings programs for the existing client base; including value add strategy, renegotiations and savings validation. What You Will Do: Manage project timelines/milestones and strategies utilizing enterprise systems such as SmartSheet Develop and follow defined Practice Group and Company processes and procedures Demonstrate creative thinking and ability to resolve complex and sensitive client problems Maintain productive relationships with vendor executives Along with the Strategy Development Supervisor and/or Manager, present savings and new project opportunities to clients Supervise, motivate and develop staff; including goal development, conducting annual reviews and monthly 1-2-1’s and ensure employee compliance to company policies and procedures Disseminate information to practice group on company achievements and initiatives in a timely and accurate manner Have expert knowledge in industry news, trends, and product information and is responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and disseminating a high level of industry knowledge to internal key stakeholders Assist Director in the management of the practice group P&L statement Coordinate the development of initiatives that drive process efficiencies Provide credibility to sales process including developing the value propositions, attending strategic sales calls, and conducting ongoing sales training Prepares documentation that portrays estimated savings opportunities available to prospects Creation of strategies to aid in client retention and renewals What You Need: BA/BS Degree with 6-8 years of management experience Excel power user, skilled at analysis of data Solid understanding of database concepts and fundamentals IT Disciplines (but not limited to): Telecom Mobility Conference calling IT hardware Who We Are: Profit Recovery Partners is a professional services firm that develops, implements and manages cost-reduction solutions for FORTUNE 1000 companies, law firms, private equity firms and private companies throughout North America.
