The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for: Overseeing large multifamily projects, wood frame, steel podium Overseeing 6+ superintendents Leading all field operations and on-site teams Coordinating scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control Monitoring safety compliance and enforcing site protocols Communicating progress with project managers and stakeholders Problem solving in real time to keep job moving efficiently Maintaining strong working relationships with clients, inspectors, and trades MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The candidate will have: Experience as a lead superintendent on multiple wood frame multifamily projects $30M+ Experience leading a team of 6+ superintendents Hold MA-CSL Commutable to Warwick, RI Strong tenure from reputable GCs Sharp, presentable, client facing skills Experience with safety, QA/QC, subcontractor management, document control, schedule, relationship management, and project management What's on Offer
