Role Description Miller Law Group is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with 2–7 years of family and matrimonial law experience to join our growing team. Compensation and benefits:

Base salary
starts at $100,000 depending on qualifications and experience •
Substantial quarterly performance bonuses
available for attorneys who meet the firm’s 325-hour billing expectation per quarter (1,300 annually) •
Additional incentive compensation
tied to billed and collected revenue, with a clear and attainable path to significantly increase total earnings •
Additional origination bonuses
available for attorneys who bring in new client matters •

Location
: Downtown New Rochelle office with hybrid flexibility Responsibilities: • Serve as lead counsel on client matters including prenuptial agreements, divorce, custody, support, and related family law issues. • Advise and advocate for clients with empathy and clarity, maintaining focus on their goals while guiding them through negotiation, mediation, or litigation as needed. • Conduct client strategy sessions and case planning • Draft, edit, and review motions, legal memos, financial statements, and agreements • Collaborate with firm leadership to support strategic initiatives and maintain high client service standards Qualifications: • A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school • 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience practicing family or matrimonial law • Admission to the New York Bar (Connecticut Bar admission is a bonus) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Negotiation, litigation preparation, and client advisement • Background or formal training in mediation is highly preferred Compensation: $100,000 • Serve as lead counsel on client matters including prenuptial agreements, divorce, custody, support, and related family law issues. • Advise and advocate for clients with empathy and clarity, maintaining focus on their goals while guiding them through negotiation, mediation, or litigation as needed. • Conduct client strategy sessions and case planning • Draft, edit, and review motions, legal memos, financial statements, and agreements • Collaborate with firm leadership to support strategic initiatives and maintain high client service standards
