Location: Duties: Lead M&A transactions for public and private companies Draft definitive transaction agreements and other legal documents Manage all aspects of strategic transactions, including:
Supervising junior associates Coordinating with subject matter experts Leading negotiations with counterparties Ensuring seamless deal execution
