Production Associate 2nd Shift
Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting the manufacturing of educational kits. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive "can do" approach which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Associate 2nd Shift Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $15 an hour Shift: 2pm - 12am (Monday - Thursday) What's the Job? Accurately select, mix, stage, and package various components in support of the production process. Perform a wide range of production tasks such as technical labeling, kitting cell setup, measuring, and pouring of reagents. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while adhering to standard operating procedures. Document production-related activities in compliance with ISO and customer requirements. Participate in analyzing production issues and assist in developing corrective actions. What's Needed? Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including counting, adding, subtracting, and multiplying. Must maintain a positive attendance record and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Flexibility to work overtime as required. What's in it for me? Opportunity for professional growth through job training.
