The Opportunity: This is a strategic, hands-on finance leadership roleideal for a Controller or VP Finance ready for their first CFO appointment. Youll partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive growth, build scalable systems, and lead a talented finance group.
Key Responsibilities: Shape financial strategy and long-term growth Lead accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Drive process improvement and systems integration Mentor and grow a high-performing team Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize profitability
Qualifications: CPA required; Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus) 10+ years progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in leadership Sector experience: hospitality, engineering, construction, or architecture Executive presence and clear communication ERP/accounting systems expertise
Compensation & Benefits: $175,000-$200,000+ base salary Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance Equity participation Medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance Short-term and long-term disability Additional voluntary benefits Commuter benefits, wellness plans, 401(k) Competitive PTO
