The Opportunity This is a strategic, hands‑on finance leadership role—ideal for a Controller or VP Finance ready for their first CFO appointment. You’ll partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive growth, build scalable systems, and lead a talented finance group.
Key Responsibilities
Shape financial strategy and long‑term growth
Lead accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Drive process improvement and systems integration
Mentor and grow a high‑performing team
Collaborate cross‑functionally to maximize profitability
Qualifications
CPA required; Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus)
10+ years’ progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in leadership
Sector experience: hospitality, engineering, construction, or architecture
Executive presence and clear communication
