Circulate or scrub for surgical procedures across multiple specialties Perform pre-op assessments and intra-op monitoring Maintain aseptic techniques and enforce infection control policies Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs Document patient status and surgical events accurately and in real time Provide emotional support to patients and families pre- and post-procedure Participate in staff training and continuous improvement initiatives Benefits

Current DC RN license (or eligible for DC licensure) BLS and ACLS (must be AHA-certified) Minimum 1 year of experience in the Operating Room or Perioperative setting Preferred
CNOR certification Experience in trauma or high-acuity surgical environments Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) About the Employer
