Inpatient Psychiatry Opportunity, Salem, MA The Department of Psychiatry at Salem Hospital, a member of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible adult inpatient psychiatrist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. This opportunity is available as a full‑time or part‑time position.

What You’ll Do

Provide high‑quality psychiatric care in the Epstein Center for Behavioral Health, a 120‑bed inpatient facility affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital (Mass General).

Work within a multidisciplinary team that includes social workers and psychiatric nurse practitioners to optimize workflows and enhance patient care.

Optional opportunities to:

Participate in the Consultation‑Liaison service or the Adult Outpatient Department.

Teach on‑site, with a Tufts Medical School faculty appointment available for physicians involved in medical student training.

Engage in educational and research opportunities at Mass General and Harvard Medical School.

Compensation Information The salary range for this position is $255,000 to $310,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
