Responsibilities
Goal‑oriented strategy and growth, using data to set and deliver measurable results.
Passionate about wow‑worthy service, building and inspiring high‑performing teams with a culture beyond transactions.

Engage with the local community, strengthen partnership relationships, and elevate branch community presence.
Qualifications
5+ years in banking sales/service roles with an entrepreneurial spirit and experience creating business growth strategies; adept at ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
5+ years of management experience (6+ employees) – building, coaching, mentoring, and developing teams that meet and exceed performance targets.
3+ years in business development and community engagement.
