Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
GPAC is partnered with a heavy equipment dealership looking for a General Manager with a strong background in operations, sales, and service management near the Birmingham area. We are seeking a candidate that will bring a balance of leadership and mechanical understanding to oversee daily operations and long‑term strategy. The right candidate would have a strong background in heavy equipment sales and training sales personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5+ years of experience in dealer recruitment, sales, or network development within the heavy equipment industry as a Branch or General Manager.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
Excellent financial management.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and influence decision‑making at all levels.
Strong analytical skills to interpret multiple levels of data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
Ability to develop and execute long‑term strategic plans for dealer network growth and development.
Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with dealers.
$150‑$160k base salary
