Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including pleadings, discovery, briefs, and memos.

Represent clients in court.

Conduct legal research.

Assist in developing case strategies.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia (GA).

Proficiency in legal research and writing, with a strong ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
