Director, SAP Transformation We are seeking a transformative and visionary leader to serve as the Director, SAP Transformation. In this enterprise‑critical role, you will lead the strategic design, governance, and delivery of SAP Public Cloud solutions across core business domains, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Warehousing. You will be accountable for delivering an integrated, value‑driven SAP S/4 Public Cloud platform that aligns with the company’s long‑term growth and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the SAP transformation strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
Provide strategic leadership and vision for the company’s transition to SAP Public Cloud, ensuring alignment with long‑term business goals.
Establish governance frameworks for solution lifecycle, enhancements, and release management.
Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on SAP capabilities and digital enablement roadmaps.
Lead the end‑to‑end implementation and ongoing evolution of SAP Public Cloud across all business units.
Serve as the business‑facing leader during ERP rollouts and subsequent support phases.
Drive harmonization and standardization of business processes by leveraging SAP best practices.
Partner with functional leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing to define and prioritize business requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA or Master’s preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in SAP solution delivery, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
Proven success in leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations across manufacturing and supply chain‑intensive organizations.
Deep functional knowledge in SAP modules such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management.
Strong understanding of SAP integrations, data migration strategies, and cloud‑based architecture.
Ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and SAP technical execution.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
SAP certifications or formal training in SAP Activate, SAP Cloud ALM, or SAP CoE methodologies are highly desirable.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.
