Your tasks
Sourcing, reconciling and analyzing business requirements and developing solution recommendations
Defining non‑functional system requirements based on analysis of business requirements and cooperation with IT departments
Collaborating with internal experts and managers to design optimal solutions
Develop documentation describing functional requirements
Business process modeling
Cooperation with internal customers and project teams
Preparation of test scenarios and test cases, execution of tests, logging and error handling
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in collecting and analyzing business requirements
Practice in the banking, financial or e‑commerce industry
Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation, SQL and modeling tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect)
Experience working with SCRUM methodology
Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA and experience using shared work tools
Knowledge of manual testing of applications: creating scenarios and test cases, executing tests, logging and handling errors
Advanced knowledge of English and Polish language
