We're a small, ambitious team in San Francisco building bespoke AI employees — intelligent agents that automate complex workflows for enterprises and startups alike. Our flagship product, an advanced AI recruiter, handles inbound resumes, advances qualified candidates, and even conducts screening calls, delivering real value to customers ranging from fast-growing startups to large enterprises.
With viral traction from recent launches, massive inbound demand, and a waitlist for access, we're seeing strong product-market fit and are poised for rapid scaling — including a Series A and team expansion on the horizon.
We're urgently hiring a versatile, technical customer-facing pioneer to join as one of our first specialists in this space.
What you'll do:
Partner directly with CEOs, executives, and teams to understand their needs and craft custom demos and solutions.
Set up integrations, APIs, and tailored workflows to get customers live and achieving results quickly.
Drive implementations end-to-end, manage expectations, and ensure long-term success.
Collaborate closely with engineering to resolve issues and influence product roadmap.
Contribute to pre-sales motions, helping close deals in a high-touch, inbound-heavy environment.
Who you are:
Technical enough to handle APIs, integrations, and light scripting (e.g., Node/Python/Typescript experience is a plus, but depth isn't required — you'll ramp quickly).
Exceptional communicator with executive presence and strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable in ambiguity, proactive, and excited to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced startup.
Backgrounds in solutions engineering, technical consulting, customer success, or software engineering transitioning to customer-facing roles are ideal.
