Lead end-to-end success for our key customers
Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers and internal stakeholders on AI Search best practices and maximizing Athena
Help customers reach success in driving business outcomes from AI Search by coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Bridge customer requirements with product roadmap, providing valuable input and nuance to product roadmap
Showcase value of Athena upsell features and drive revenue expansion upon customer success
Outcomes
Build processes to scale up customer success across hundreds of customers
Nurture 1-3 case studies/month
Achieve 90%+ client satisfaction rate
Competencies
Can educate customers on GEO workflows and tailor to specific enterprise needs
High agency (we love it if you’ve founded, created something in the past)
Learn fast
Naturally curious
Ideally has SEO background or can learn SEO principles and GEO principles rapidly
Nice to have: Prior customer success or account management experience
