Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service
Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and high performance culture
Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community partners
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the local market
Implement and monitor quality control systems to maintain high standards of product and service delivery
Lead change management initiatives to improve processes and drive innovation
Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities
Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and implement process improvements
Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using business management software and tools
In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Familiarity with the St. Louis market and local business landscape
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
