A Snapshot of Your Day Your day begins with a GT strategy dialogue where you present and discuss the GT strategy with GT talents. Next, you join your weekly call with the strategy team to exchange insights and learn about ongoing topics across the group. After lunch with your team, you participate in a workshop with Service colleagues to explore market trends, growth opportunities, and concrete steps to strengthen the Service business. Later in the afternoon, you deliver a short presentation to the GT management team, sharing updates on the latest market trends, followed by a feedback session with one of your team members on a recently completed project. In the evening, you join an informal dinner with the digitalization team to exchange ideas on the latest AI trends—heading home inspired after a dynamic and impactful day.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Monitoring and analyzing market and competitor developments for the Grid Technologies business

Acting as a sparring partner and think tank for market and competitor topics relevant to GT

Deriving strategic focus areas for the Business Area based on emerging trends (e.g., based on regional developments)

Supporting strategic projects within GT and at Corporate level with market and competitor insights

Defining strategy and driving strategic initiatives for GT’s Service business as part of your role as strategic business partner for Service

What You Bring

University degree (Bachelor, Master, PhD) in any discipline—preferably in a technical field

Extensive experience (5+ years) in managing strategy or business excellence projects with cross‑functional and international teams, ideally in a management consulting environment

Strong functional expertise in areas such as strategy definition, benchmarking, and market analysis

Proven ability to structure complex tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously; experience in driving digitalization initiatives is a plus

Demonstrated track record of leading teams and fostering a high‑performance culture

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels in a large, global organization

Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
