Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site General Manager position located in Tampa, FL. The General Manager will oversee all daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards. The role involves team development, scheduling, monitoring financial performance, maintaining a clean and safe workplace, collaborating with department managers to drive operational success, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and fostering a welcoming and fun environment for employees and guests.

Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, monitoring expenses, and meeting performance targets.
Demonstrated ability in customer service, problem‑solving, and fostering an engaging guest experience.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with experience ensuring compliance in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to oversee multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Previous experience in restaurant management or the fast‑casual industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, customers, and vendors.
