What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead a specialized client portfolio across retail clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs

Manage the full P&L responsibility for the client portfolio and exceed annual financial goals

Develop short and long-term business strategies in collaboration with various teams

Review and enhance existing client relationships to ensure retention and growth

Collaborate with other client portfolio leaders to share best practices and identify business opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

15+ years of business leadership experience in the customer experience industry

In-depth knowledge of customer experience with enterprise-level retail clients

Proven ability to influence and manage within matrix organizations

Strong understanding of the sales process and contact center operations

Experience serving large, complex Fortune 500 clients in fast-paced environments
