ServiceNow IRM Developer at Sii Poland
Sii's ServiceNow team provides services to clients in various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in enhancing client platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and extending the platforms used in the client organization. Our experience includes ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / ITBM (PPM) modules.
Your tasks
Implement IRM Out-of-the-box module
Analyze and participate in review sessions - analyze development needs and participate in requirements analysis, project reviews and SCRUM meetings
Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions prior to implementation
Develop and administer ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform updates and reviews of missed records
Develop solutions, scripts (business rules, UI actions, ACL lists, etc.), create workflows/workflows, portals, widgets and dashboards with reporting features
Ensure compliance with internal development standards and identify automation opportunities to improve user experience
Provide testing, deployment and mentoring support to less experienced team members
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of commercial work as a ServiceNow Developer
Practical knowledge related to Integrated Risk Management
Experience in core ServiceNow modules such as incident management, problem management, change management, service level management, CMDB, knowledge management, service request management
Methodical and focused approach to work
Good analytical and communication skills
Relevant ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage
Excellent English language skills to communicate effectively and fluently
Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
Nice to have
ServiceNow IRM Certification CIS
