Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a dynamic and family‑oriented team. Compensation Package
Salary Range: Up to $115,000 annually (flexible depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts ranging from $50,000 to $500,000, including construction, technology, and non‑profit sectors.
Provide end‑to‑end account servicing, including certificates, binders, ID cards, endorsements, and renewals.
Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with producers and other team members to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required (verification will be conducted).
Certifications: CIC, CRM, or CPCU designation (completed or near completion, verification required).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a brokerage or carrier environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required (testing will be conducted). Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
Industry Expertise: Experience managing accounts in construction, technology, or non‑profit sectors is required.
