Migliaccio & Rathod LLP (“M&R”) – a private public interest law firm in Washington D.C. with a practice focused on class action litigation in the areas of Data Privacy, Consumer Protection, Wage Theft, Tenant Rights, and Civil Rights – is looking for a Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator. This is a rare opportunity to use digital marketing expertise to advance the public interest with cutting edge class actions, often against large corporations.

About the Job The Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator can be a part-time (at least 20 hours/week) or a full-time position. It may be an attractive option for a recent college graduate. The position will report directly to the named partners of the firm and operate under the guidance of the firm’s paralegals. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of the digital marketing operations of the office, including updating the website, advertising investigations through search engine and social media advertising platforms, improving search engine optimization, and creating written and multimedia content for the firm’s website, social media accounts, and YouTube page. The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of challenging projects and will gain valuable experience.

Qualifications We are looking for an individual with the capacity to think rigorously and creatively, exceptional organizational ability, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for the work we do. We prefer a candidate with meaningful experience related to multimedia content creation, social media advertising, and Google Ads as well as familiarity with Canva, Wordpress, and GA4. A Bachelor’s degree and prior law firm experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits Pay will be hourly at $18.75 an hour, with eligibility for bonuses; limited student loan payment assistance; health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; and other benefits. The position will be classified as non-exempt and, therefore, eligible for overtime pay.

Location The position will be hybrid with one to two in-person days a week at the firm’s Washington D.C. office.
