This team is renowned for delivering personalized, world‑class service to an exclusive clientele, and we are looking for added support to help us continue exceeding expectations.
About the Role As a
Registered Client Associate
you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and support within the wealth management space. You will work closely with Wealth Managers and Client Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless client experience and provide administrative and operational support to meet client needs effectively. Only candidates with an active FINRA License will be considered.
Primary Responsibilities
Client relationship management, including developing and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth and ultra‑HNW clients.
Client communication and education, including the communication of investment updates, market insights, and performance reports.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and anticipate their needs.
Coordinate client meetings.
Process client transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, and Finance to resolve client issues and enhance client satisfaction.
Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
Previous client service and administrative experience within Wealth Management.
3+ years of relevant industry experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Series 7 and 66 licensed (or Series 63/65) – required.
Skilled at building trust and managing relationships in fast‑paced, high‑touch environments.
Hours & Work Schedule
40 hours per week, with opportunity to earn overtime.
Monday – Friday.
In‑office requirement: 4 days a week, with one day of remote work allowed.
Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $41.69 – $52.88 per hour, plus discretionary incentives under the wealth manager compensation plan. The role is overtime eligible. Actual pay is based on factors including location, skills and experience.
