Account Executive at PACE Engineering

Role: Account Executive As an Account Executive, you’ll help drive new business by building relationships with prospective clients and supporting deals from first conversation through close. You’ll work closely with founders, executives, and internal teams to grow PACE Engineering's presence across high-growth technology markets. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in

What You’ll Do
Build relationships with founders and decision-makers across
AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering
Identify, qualify, and progress new sales opportunities through full sales cycles
Communicate PACE Engineering's value clearly while managing accounts and maintaining an organized sales pipeline
Track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress using CRM and pipeline management tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated to learn about sales and business development
Comfortable with outreach, lead generation, and following up with prospects
This is a hybrid role.
