We are seeking a highly experienced, execution-driven
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
to lead and scale our marketing function. This is a
hands‑on, on‑site leadership role
responsible for strategy, performance, team management, and accountability across all marketing channels. This role is similar in scope to a
senior Marketing Director , but with broader ownership over strategy, budgets, and cross‑functional alignment with sales, operations, and leadership. The ideal candidate is both
strategic and operational —someone who can design the plan, manage the team, and ensure consistent execution tied to measurable business results. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals Translate high‑level objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans Serve as the senior marketing leader working closely with executive leadership Performance & Growth
Drive lead generation, conversion optimization, and brand growth across digital and offline channels Establish and track KPIs for traffic, leads, conversions, cost efficiency, and ROI Regularly analyze performance data and adjust strategy accordingly Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the internal marketing team Oversee external vendors, agencies, and contractors as needed Set clear expectations, workflows, and accountability standards Channel Oversight
Paid advertising (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) Organic marketing (SEO, content, social, video) Email marketing, CRM campaigns, and marketing automation Website strategy, conversion optimization, and messaging consistency Brand & Messaging
Ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant brand messaging across all platforms Review and approve key marketing assets, campaigns, and public‑facing content Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, intake, and operations teams to align messaging and lead quality Improve handoffs between marketing and sales pipelines Required Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibility Proven experience managing teams and marketing budgets Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and analytics Experience overseeing paid advertising, content strategy, and conversion funnels Ability to balance strategy with hands‑on execution Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience in professional services, legal, financial, or regulated industries Experience scaling marketing operations in a high‑growth environment Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), analytics platforms, and ad dashboards Work Environment
