RWA Management Analyst – Barclays
Join Barclays as a detail‑oriented and technically skilled RWA Management Analyst. In this role you will develop and implement cutting‑edge Power BI dashboards for RWA reporting and analytics, support RWA calculations, monthly reporting, forecasting, new deal assessments, and ad‑hoc analysis to aid ECM, Acquisition, and Collection strategies. You will apply best practices in data wrangling, cleansing, and enrichment to support scalable analytics, reporting, and decision‑making across the organization, working closely with cross‑functional teams in Credit & Data Analytics (CDA), Finance, Risk, Modeling, and Technology.
Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using best practices in data visualisation and design aesthetics to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.
Implement automated report generation processes and visualisation methodologies for improved efficiency and timeliness.
Identify and analyse business requirements to define report content and format.
Maintain and update existing reports and dashboards to reflect changing business needs, including coordination of reporting template releases and related administrative tasks.
Develop robust processes and controls for collating input data, performing exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, and obtaining signoffs as required.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure up‑to‑date data is incorporated into reporting and visualisations.
Qualifications
Experience in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Data Science.
Advanced skills in Excel.
Experience developing interactive dashboards (Power BI or Tableau).
Proficiency in Python, AWS and SAS (highly valued).
Good understanding of Credit Card products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: Minimum $90,000 – Maximum $120,000. The figures above reflect base salary only and do not include other compensation or benefits.
Location: New York, NY office.
Seniority Level: Associate.
