A little taste of your day-to-day: Managing and coaching your team to ensure the right person is always on the right task. Setting exceptional accounting practice standards and ensuring financial control procedures remain ethical and legal. Maximizing financial returns through financial analysis, data trends and market information – while budgeting accordingly. Enhancing the guest experience through improved payment options, inventory controls and financial dispute resolution. Supervising clerical accounting employees across a range of functions – from Accounts Payable to Purchasing and Payroll. What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Accounting and Finance. 4–8 years of experience in hotel accounting or auditing with at least one year in an Assistant Controller or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work‑related experience. Knowledge of accounting management duties such as negotiating hotel space and tenant leases, processing payroll, performing asset‑management duties, providing business projections, displacement analysis, preparing government reports, filing tax returns, etc. Professional accounting or finance designation or certification preferred. Must speak local language(s). Other languages are beneficial. What We Offer
