Position Overview A leading real estate organization is seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst
to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting across multiple portfolios. This role plays a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and performance reporting, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive informed decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual budgets and lead quarterly reforecasting cycles to support strategic planning
Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, and clearly communicate insights
Support valuation activities in partnership with Accounting and other stakeholders
Produce high‑quality financial and investor reporting aligned with business objectives
Deliver regular performance updates and ad‑hoc analysis to senior leadership
Develop cash flow projections, investment return analysis, and valuation models
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial reporting
Collaborate cross‑functionally to support broader business initiatives
Perform additional analytical and reporting responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
3–5 years of relevant financial analysis experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Strong understanding of financial statements and how they interconnect
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
Exposure to commercial real estate, including asset management, leasing, development, valuations, or capital markets
Familiarity with public company reporting and investor‑facing deliverables
Experience with M&A or complex portfolio analysis
