8+ years
of substantive experience in
complex real estate transactions
Demonstrated experience with
acquisitions ,
dispositions ,
leasing ,
financing ,
loan restructurings , and
project development
Experience representing clients in
data center transactions
strongly preferred
Exceptional drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage complex deal components independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Collegiality, professionalism, and strong work ethic
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Lead
and
manage complex real estate transactions , including acquisitions, financings, leases, and dispositions
Advise
clients on
data center development projects
nationwide
Draft ,
negotiated , and
review
a variety of
transactional real estate agreements
Provide strategic guidance on
loan restructurings ,
project development , and related real estate matters
Collaborate with partners, associates, and cross-disciplinary teams to support client goals
Engage directly with clients, offering business-minded, solutions-focused counsel
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and collaborative practice environment
