Recruiting Coordinator (Fixed Term) Join Astranis Space Technologies as a Recruiting Coordinator for a fixed-term position through July/August 2026, with the possibility of conversion to full‑time. In this role you’ll support recruiters, hiring managers, and team members to ensure an amazing and seamless candidate experience. You will take control of schedule coordination, ensure timely follow‑ups, and drive strategies to scale recruiting operations.

About Astranis Astranis builds advanced satellites for high orbits, expanding humanity’s reach into the solar system. With five satellites on orbit and many more set to launch soon, the company is servicing a backlog of more than $1 billion of commercial contracts. Astranis designs, builds, and operates its satellites out of its 153,000 sq ft headquarters in Northern California.

Responsibilites

Provide a strong candidate experience by guiding candidates through the interview process.

Act as the primary communication liaison between the candidate and all internal stakeholders.

Own and drive projects to optimize and improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Ensure prompt and swift responses to scheduling changes through effective communication.

Report and track daily recruiting events and objectives to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Greet candidates upon arrival and prepare meeting rooms for onsite interviews.

Serve as a Brand Ambassador of Astranis at recruiting events to showcase culture.

Screen, import, organize, and route applicants within the appropriate systems, documenting sources.

Assist with data hygiene and integrity by verifying documents, data, and other details related to the hiring process.

Requirements

1‑2+ years of recruiting coordination or equivalent experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS).

Extremely detail‑oriented and able to adhere to project deadlines.

Demonstrated success in multi‑tasking and coordinating parallel deadlines.

High level of candidate/customer service and strong professional communication skills.

Positive attitude with a ‘no task too small’ mindset.

Position is onsite 5 days a week at our HQ in San Francisco.

High‑volume scheduling.

Familiarity with recruiting analytics or pipeline tracking dashboards.

Strong proficiency with GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).

What We Offer All positions include a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits, such as health care, disability and life insurance, flexible PTO, 401(K) retirement, and free on‑site catered meals.

Base salary range: $80,000—$95,000 USD.

Citizenship Requirement U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required (to comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations).
