What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and motivate a team of Strategic Account Managers and Virology Care Specialists to achieve ambitious sales goals
Develop and execute regional business plans, promoting products responsibly to healthcare providers and academic centers
Foster a high-performance coaching culture that drives growth and exceptional results
Engage with key accounts to build relationships and expand business opportunities
Provide field coaching and real-time feedback to team members, promoting compliant selling behaviors
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college/university; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the biopharma industry
At least 5 years of experience managing high-performing teams in the life sciences
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry codes governing interactions with healthcare professionals
Proven leadership, coaching, and recruiting skills, with a strong track record in pharmaceutical sales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with reimbursement, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, and federal channels
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and payer dynamics
Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and drive continuous improvement
