Work‑Life Balance: Enjoy a predictable Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM schedule in a 100% outpatient setting. On‑Call Work: The evening and weekend call responsibilities are minimal and are shared among the department members. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and evidence‑based treatment for children and adolescents in various clinical settings. Develop, implement, and manage individualized patient care plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Engage with patients’ families and caregivers to provide education, support, and guidance. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. degree from a recognized medical or osteopathic school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Must have or be eligible to obtain an unrestricted New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA registration. Demonstrated commitment to outstanding, patient‑centered care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation
Minimum Starting Base Salary: $259,252 HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members.
