Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications

Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data and building reporting dashboards, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

Understanding trends, developing insights, and turning them into high‑impact strategies, supported by advanced financial modeling skills.

Ability to apply impeccable business judgment, motivate colleagues, and collaborate effectively to help influence executive leadership.

Excellent communication and partnership skills with the ability to interact with executive leaders in Sales and Strategy and Operations teams periodically.

Excellent quantitative, written, and presentation skills.

As a Financial Analyst, your work—whether it is modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics—is used by leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big‑picture challenges.

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you will lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking, and control processes. You will provide senior‑level management with insightful recommendations, planning, and reporting support.

From developing forward‑thinking analysis to generating management reports and scaling automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $113,000–$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

Lead the partnership with Sales for the SMB Growth team to provide executives with clear insights into drivers of business growth, business analytics, risks, and opportunities.

Provide decision support for operational decisions and macro‑level project decisions through financial analysis, including opportunities, headroom insights, pipeline and productivity analysis.

Engage cross‑functional and finance teams to drive scalable analyses, tools and insights, including key work streams such as quarterly goals and annual planning.

Provide support for decision making on investment strategies for incentives, products, identification of key market drivers for business generation and business profitability, and resource allocation.
