Sisters Nicky and Simone Zimmermann founded the namesake brand in Sydney in 1991. The brand has built a reputation for elegant ready‑to‑wear collections and high‑quality swimwear. Zimmermann maintains stand‑alone stores across Australia, the UK, Europe, China, the US and the Middle East and presents its collections each season at Paris Fashion Week.
The Client Advisor will be the face of the brand in the Honolulu store, providing exceptional client service, driving sales, and cultivating a loyal client base.
Job Requirements
Capability and drive to reach KPIs and sales targets.
Demonstrates professionalism, optimism, and a team‑oriented approach.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous sales experience in luxury designer fashion.
A passionate brand ambassador who embodies the Zimmermann values.
Ability to cultivate Zimmermann’s brand loyalty through positive client interactions.
Detail‑oriented.
Excellent organisational skills and problem‑solving ability.
A passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to build ongoing rapport with clientele.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and store KPIs while upholding Zimmermann’s brand standards, including store and visual presentation, stock and inventory.
Provide exemplary client service in line with the brand’s global vision.
Acquire and grow the Zimmermann client database through engaging and maintaining professional client relationships.
Ensure consistently high standards of visual presentation reflective of brand directives.
Have a thorough understanding of company policy, procedures, stock, and loss prevention.
Engage in team training and development initiatives, including product and brand knowledge, sustainability, diversity, and work health and safety.
