IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager

Base pay range $80.00/hr - $88.00/hr
Lead and facilitate regular Project team meetings, team coordination, action item tracking, record minutes and communicate.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting project management deliverables
Drive schedule discussions and develop project schedule coordinating with Vendors & internal team.
Plan, coordinate and manage large IT initiatives while anticipating, and mitigating risks
Provide meaningful optics and insights using tools like CAD Viewer, Visio, Bluebeam, Lucid charts for day-to-day project activities.
Expertise in using Smartsheet/Excel /MS Project and PowerPoint for Project planning and tracking.
Build out integrated dashboards based on data sets using multiple PPM tool such as Anaplan, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Project.
Manage & influence large cross-functional team(s).
Assist with the deployment of IT Project Management Tools ecosystem, while driving project maturity & discipline.
Define and communicate target change schedule, Provide inputs for Demand Management for IT Facilities Projects.
Required Experience/Skills
12 + years of IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Management/PMO experience
Experience in managing Low Voltage Cabling, Audio Visual implementations, MDF & IDF design/implementation, Network infrastructure setup, Cell DAS implementation, Vendor & Budget management.
Experience driving Project Planning sessions; Have used various frameworks to prioritize work based on ROI/Business Value.
Clearly articulate the Business Value (in terms of ROI) for the work/projects committed to the leadership team.
Possess solid communication skills, and will be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced technical environment with experience using Agile/Scrum process and best practices to ensure the successful planning and delivery of projects in IT Facilities.
Solid analytical mindset. Ability to define and build dashboards for C-level executives
Self-starter with strong decision-making abilities who can drive projects to completion
Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration and teamwork.
Ability to effectively and clearly communicate with all levels within the organization.
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple job duties in a fast-paced IT Facilities projects.
