Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.

The IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading large, high-visibility IT facilities and infrastructure initiatives from discovery through closure. This role manages projects across structured cabling, network infrastructure, AV/collaboration, DAS, security, and related IT facilities domains. The role requires strong PMO discipline, cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and the ability to clearly articulate business value and ROI to leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large IT Facilities and Infrastructure projects from initiation through closure

Manage projects involving low-voltage cabling, audio-visual systems, MDF/IDF design and implementation, WAN/LAN/WLAN, DAS, voice, physical security, and cybersecurity infrastructure

Facilitate project planning sessions and prioritize work based on ROI and business value

Define, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules in coordination with vendors and internal teams

Lead regular project meetings, including agenda creation, action tracking, documentation, and communication

Anticipate, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring schedule, scope, and budget adherence

Manage vendor performance, contracts, and budgets across multiple concurrent initiatives

Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into project status and outcomes

Clearly articulate business value, ROI, and delivery impact for committed projects

Manage and influence large, cross-functional teams across technical and business functions

Support PMO maturity by enhancing data integrity, reporting accuracy, and project governance

Assist with the deployment and adoption of IT project management tools and methodologies

Define and communicate target change schedules and provide inputs to demand management processes

Skills And Qualifications

12+ years of experience in IT Facilities and Infrastructure Project Management or PMO roles

Proven experience managing multiple large-scale IT facilities projects simultaneously

Hands‑on experience with structured cabling, network infrastructure, AV systems, MDF/IDF, DAS, and security systems

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

PMP certification

Agile certification

Proficiency with project management and PPM tools such as Smartsheet, Anaplan, and Microsoft Project

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications

Experience using visualization and design tools such as CAD Viewer, Visio, Bluebeam, and Lucidchart

Experience working with collaboration tools, including Zoom, Cisco WebEx, and Slack

Strong experience with vendor management, budget management, and cross‑functional coordination

Ability to lead project planning sessions and prioritize work based on ROI and business value

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design executive dashboards and reporting

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels

Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments

Self‑starter with strong decision‑making and execution capabilities
