We’re looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead revenue growth, performance transformation and operating model strategy services for clients, especially M&A and Working Capital.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation and implementation of revenue growth, performance transformation and/or operating model strategy services for clients with a focus on M&A and Working Capital.
Direct and participate in business development focusing on Working Capital—including curating a strong professional network, maintaining a strong market presence, identifying opportunities, proposing KPMG services, negotiating terms and closing engagements.
Lead cross‑functional teams in developing and implementing client services and presenting final client deliverables.
Oversee the quality of client engagements and the development of staff.
Lead and participate in practice building—including recruitment and training, thought leadership, management and mentorship of staff and solution development.
Qualifications
Minimum twelve years of recent experience in developing and implementing organic and inorganic growth and/or operating model efficiency services within a consulting or corporate strategy, development, or management function.
Eight plus years of experience working with or for clients in the Private Equity or Technology industry.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college; MBA preferred.
Experience selling and leading multiple, complex initiatives throughout the M&A life cycle.
Demonstrated business development skills—including fostering a strong professional network, scoping opportunities, leading pursuits and negotiating terms.
Excellent consulting skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence, facilitation and presentation skills and extensive project‑management experience, including planning, organizing, coordinating and managing staff, clients and/or partners toward successful completion of a project.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including international travel.

California Salary Range:
$292,000 - $814,000.
