What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage a portfolio of complex key accounts, ensuring client success and satisfaction

Partner with customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value of the employer's products

Provide expert support and advice about products, enabling client account growth

Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client data and identify growth opportunities

Track performance metrics and generate referral leads for the Sales team through relationship building

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 3 years of related work experience

Strong relationship‑building skills

Demonstrated curiosity and accountability in previous roles

Ability to effectively communicate and mentor team members

Commitment to personal development and continuous learning

Experience in customer success or account management within the education technology sector
