We are seeking an outstanding Sales Executive to help us build out our Sales function. You will spearhead and own, end to end, prospecting, contracting, and onboarding of new customers onto Meld. You are comfortable identifying customer needs and understanding how Meld can address those needs. You are a powerful storyteller: you will connect our products with our customers' needs and goals.

You are comfortable dealing with lots of moving pieces, are detail-oriented, and are eager to learn how to enhance our customer's experience. You can work independently, but are a collaborative team player who knows how to share knowledge, when to teach, and when to learn. By being so early on the team, you'll be working with senior team members who know their craft; together, you'll collaborate in making some of the most significant decisions to empower the future growth of the company.

You will do

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities

Own outbound and inbound pipelines across multiple channels

Run consultative sales calls and tailor our solution to customer needs

Build strong relationships with product, marketing, and customer success to improve the sales process

Hire: help onboard our next set of sales team members

Own a quota and help the company achieve its revenue targets

You will bring

3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in crypto, fintech, or developer tools

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota

Strong communication and storytelling skills—especially with technical buyers

Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching in a startup environment

Experience selling to product or engineering teams

A data driven attitude to track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to the sales pipeline

Create and execute a sales plan that expands customer base and extends market reach

You have

A consistent track record of overachievement!

3-6 years in sales. You must have experience or demonstrated interest in crypto, payments, and stablecoins

Possesses a deep understanding of tools and processes in sales and post-sales lifecycle

Technical acumen, i.e. ability to understand our products and their value

Exceptional written, negotiation and verbal communication skills
