Salesforce GovCloud, Health Cloud, MuleSoft, API strategy, FHIR/HL7
AWS serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, Event Bridge, S3, RDS, DynamoDB)
Data modeling, governance, MDM
Compliance: FedRAMP, HIPAA, CMS, FISMA
TOGAF, Salesforce Architect certs; AWS Solutions Architect preferred
Mandatory soft Skills: Executive presence, stakeholder influence, leadership, clear communication, excellent command in English (Native Speaker - Neutralized Accent)
Preferred: Public sector/healthcare experience, AI/ML knowledge, Agile/DevSecOps background
Special Preference US Ex‑Veterans, prior experience in handling Federal programs.
