Director, Program Management
for Molex’s Optical Solutions Group, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive global capacity growth and operational excellence across multiple plants. This individual contributor role requires strong leadership through influence, fostering trust and collaboration across diverse teams. You will serve as the single point of contact for plant operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enabling rapid issue resolution.

Working closely with leaders in Business Development, Supply Chain, Product Line Management, and Manufacturing, you will help shape the future of our business through disciplined program execution and strategic expansion planning.
What You Will Do
Manage global capacity growth and execution across all plants
Partner with Business Development, Supply Chain, and Product Line Management to ensure forecast consistency and alignment
Act as the primary liaison between business and plant operations to resolve issues quickly
Define business requirements for 2026–2027 expansion initiatives
Develop and maintain cadence for program reviews, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
Establish program reviews with leadership for visibility and escalation
Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to ensure automation and equipment plans are executed
Build strong cross‑functional relationships across global plant leadership teams
Support M&A activity as needed
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
10+ years of experience in business or program management
Knowledge of manufacturing and operational practices
Experience communicating effectively across all levels of an organization
Executive presence with proven ability to lead through influence
Ability to participate in calls supporting Asian time zones
Willingness to travel up to 20%
For this role, we anticipate paying $180,000 - $220,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
