New outpatient procedure center exclusive to the practice; robotic cases available for those who wish to perform them
Team of 4 MDs, 2 PAs, and a dedicated scribe
4‑day week option
Approximately 20‑25 patients per day and 10‑20 surgeries per week
Specialty: Bread & Butter Urology
Compensation & Benefits
2‑year salary guarantee ranging around $650K+ (negotiable), plus RVU production bonus; $100K in recruitment incentives available
Proven income potential exceeding $800K+ in the first year

34 days combined paid time off (PTO)
