New outpatient procedure center exclusive to the practice and robotic cases are available should you wish to do them
4 MDs, 2 PAs, and your own scribe
4-day week option
Around 20-25 patients per day, 10-20 surgeries per week
Bread & Butter Urology
Compensation & Benefits
2-year salary guarantee range around $650K+ (negotiable), plus RVU production bonus, $100K in recruitment incentives available
Proven income potential exceeding $800K+ in your first year
