Senior Knowledge Management Analyst / Power Platform and SharePoint Developer

responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions that leverage SharePoint and other data sources.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective Power Platform solutions.

Develop modular, scalable Power Automate flows and Power Apps/Portals (Power Pages) with responsive, intuitive user interfaces.

Create data models, integrate external data sources, and implement business logic using Dataverse, AI Builder, CoPilot, Microsoft Syntax, Fabric, and Power BI.

Implement user authentication and access control, extend Zero‑Trust Data Protection with Microsoft Purview, and enable data sharing with Viva.

Integrate Power Platform actions into traditional M365 experiences (Email, Teams, SharePoint).

Collaborate with solution architects, UX designers, and back‑end developers for seamless integration.

Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and usability.

Provide technical guidance, support, and training to end‑users to promote adoption.

Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.

Collaborate with project managers on planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

Document technical specifications, user guides, and deployment instructions.

Maintain and transform legacy SharePoint applications.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (certifications or equivalent experience acceptable).

Agile experience required.

Experience developing solutions with at least two of the following: AI Builder, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.

Experience developing or maintaining SharePoint apps.

Experience with DEVSECOPS CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, Atlassian, Azure DevOps).

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Willingness to work five days a week on‑site at the Washington Navy Yard (Core Hours 9 AM – 2 PM; compressed schedules available).

Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET or higher clearance.

Preferred Experience

Pre‑existing SECRET or higher clearance via T5 background check.

Experience converting SPFx to Dataverse / Power Platform native and SharePoint UI to Power Pages.

Connecting Azure PaaS services to Power Platform services via service gateway (e.g., Data Factory to Dataverse).

Integrating SharePoint, Graph API, and Dataverse with Microsoft Purview and Viva Topics.

Connecting Defender to Azure and Power Platform services.

Connecting Dataverse or Graph API‑accessible Azure resources to a Databricks RESTful API service.

Experience with both Atlassian Bamboo and Azure DevOps.

Strong proficiency building Power Apps solutions, including data modeling, formulas, expressions, and controls.

Solid understanding of UI design principles and responsive design concepts.

Experience integrating Power Apps with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within timelines.

Proven leadership and mentorship of junior developers.

Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps Developer, Power Platform Developer) are a plus.
