Responsibilities
Participate in developing goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects.
Monitor and report on the work of a team.
Report on the progress of a project.
Consult with manager on refining goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Operational Excellence (improving and overseeing operations).
Documentation and database reporting using Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS.
Risk assessment and management (evaluating controls, impact assessments, remediating risk).

Presentation skills.
Product development (designing products, developing roadmaps, prototyping).
Data analysis for trend identification.
Change management support.
