Role Description
The Production Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient execution of landscape maintenance and installation projects while meeting client needs and maintaining high-quality standards. This full-time role is based on-site in Miami, FL. Responsibilities include managing teams, scheduling, coordinating resources, supervising work progress, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction through outstanding service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Landscape Maintenance, Installation, and Management
Strong skills in managing and coordinating teams and resources effectively
Knowledge of water management, tree trimming, and arbor care practices
Experience in project management, scheduling, and maintaining safety protocols
Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with clients and team members
Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and leadership
Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field preferred
Proficiency in using landscape management software is a plus
