Pay: $17.30 - $24.00 per hour.
As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and drives business success. You will inspire and motivate your team, coach them on the sales floor, and analyze performance to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
Inspire and motivate a sales team on the sales floor.
Teach and coach team members to improve sales performance.
Encourage success and learning opportunities within the team.
Analyze team performance and address areas of improvement to reach sales goals.
Communicate and take instructions from leadership staff.
Qualifications
Management experience or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
Basic computer skills (Word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift or move up to 20 lbs.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
